We allow you to return your unopened product for a full refund within 14 days of your order date. Please note that we can not refund the shipping costs.

If your product is opened, we are unable to accept your return. We can supply you with store credit to equal value.

Color Swap
The color you received not right? Don't worry, you can have 1 free colour swap within 14 days of purchase. A shipping and handling fee of $15 USD will be charged once your new colour selection has been processed and shipped.

Returns

Domestic U.S. orders:
You can process your return below. Once we receive your item, we’ll send a refund or a replacement product. Please allow 5 - 7 business days to receive your refund and up to 10 business days to receive a replacement product. Please know that we will refund the price of the product, but are unable to refund your shipping costs and a $15 USD handling fee.

Canada orders: Duties & taxes paid by the customer are not eligible for refunds. Our customer care representative will email contact you for next steps.

For complete transparency, we have to charge $15 to process returns. We are working with an external logistic partner who charges us. Each return takes time to process for handling, checking, restocking or goods disposal and through the return process.
